About our ticket tiers

We've chosen a tiered pricing model, which provides options for folks who need Accessible Pricing, as well as those who are able to contribute financially to support the event. Please earnestly consider these options, and choose in a way that honors your situation — what you need, or what you can offer.

Accessible Pricing & Work-Trade

You may use any available combination of Accessible Pricing and Work-Trade to offset the cost of your ticket. Do so based on your understanding of your financial means, without needing to justify your choice.

Work Trade for multiple pass types is available on a limited basis. Please contact our Crew Coordinator if you're interested in joining the Work-Trade crew: volunteer@highfidelityfusion.com

Sponsorship

If you can comfortably pay full price for a Weekend Pass, please also consider choosing a higher-tier pass, or one of the Sponsorship options later in the process, to support our Accessibility Fund.
